Craol Féile Training
Craol is the representative, co-ordinating, lobbying, training, and support group for Irish Community Radio. Each year one of the 23 member stations hosts a nationwide training conference called Féile. (Flirt FM hosted this event in 2010, for more info see the website).
Over the past few years I have been invited to lecture on Social Media (and how a community radio station can use them effectively) and Branding and Promoting a community radio station on a budget.
The topics and areas covered are summarised in the handouts below, available to download in Word format.
Social Networking Notes
Branding and Promotion Notes
The information contained on the notes was the jumping off point for a great group discussion and sharing of ideas.
