My First Wedding Cake

And I'd promised it would be my last, but that proved not to be true. I have even more respect for anyone that can handle that much white fondant without getting fluff on it. Anyway, was delighted to make a two tiered (chocolate Coca-Cola cake and Victoria sponge) cake for Adelina & Mihai.

Last-minute Lorax

A last-minute Lorax birthday cake for my housemate. So last minute that I decorated it on my bed while her birthday party was on. Would you belive me if I told you it only took 25 minutes to do? Well, it's true and it turned out really well! (Victoria sponge with raspberry and buttercream btw).

Sparky the Seal

My friend Ashling wanted to make a cake to support Galway Seal Rescue. We used Sparky the Seal (recently resuced from a diet of chips in the canal next to the Róisín Dubh).
