And I'd promised it would be my last, but that proved not to be true. I have even more respect for anyone that can handle that much white fondant without getting fluff on it. Anyway, was delighted to make a two tiered (chocolate Coca-Cola cake and Victoria sponge) cake for Adelina & Mihai.

Last-minute Lorax

A last-minute Lorax birthday cake for my housemate. So last minute that I decorated it on my bed while her birthday party was on. Would you belive me if I told you it only took 25 minutes to do? Well, it's true and it turned out really well! (Victoria sponge with raspberry and buttercream btw).
